Federal Government declares September 1st & 4th as public holidays to mark celebration of Eid-el-Kabir

The Federal government declared Friday, September 1st and Monday, September 4th as public holiday to mark Eid el Kabir celebrations.

The Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau made the declaration known in a statement released on Monday. He congratulated Muslim faithfuls and all Nigerians, and urged them to use the occasion to pray for peace, unity, prosperity and the stability of the country’s democracy.
